let's start with STRONGMANRUN!

Insomma, here we go.

E sempre ovviamente occorre un’adeguata preparazione atletica, no?

Insomma, detto fatto, siamo pronti!

Let’s start this awsome(?) blog.
I’m here because I’m trying to not waste my time being such a couch potato, diving on the sofa, eating cookies and watching another Merlin’s episode, that I’ve already seen. And trying not to become more fat than I actually am :3
So, here we go.

STRONGMANRUN à how to have fun by trying to kill yourself enjoying a race with absurd obstacles to conquer the Official Strongmanrun T-shirt and yell  proudly to the world: “I was there!”.
Yep, that’s a really  attentive, sound and conscious reason.
And, well, I WAS THERE!

If you have never heard about the Strongmanrun, it is something like a sport competition, where you have to cross all the obstacles and arrive at the end of the race, having fun and help your mates.  Usually it is organized in lot of european countries and this was Italy’s first year: how could you waste such a wonderful opportunity?!
You simply don’t waste the opportunity to be there.
Well… Everyone needs to do an appropriate training, am I right?
My training was changing channel on the couch ^^
So, few days before, me and a friend of mine , made a clothes-list for the perfect strongwomen:
-knee braces
-elbow braces
-gloves without fingers  –>it was hard to convince granny not to knit them xD
-swimming glasses
-helmet -- > why to  use a serious one if you can be more awsome with a colander? u_u
-torch -- > in order to not break a good torch we preferred to use a red light for bikes
-contact lenses, obviously
-waistable trainers, got them.
-nose clip –wonderwoman can’t enter in the water without it :3-
-subwatch
- a YELLOW SHOCKING dress because looks cool [well cutted right over the knees v.v]
-a you-can-not-imagine-how-big-plastic-NINPHEA put on the colander because is TRASH v___v
Okay, now you have everyting to take part on it.
When me and my friend began the run, we actually walked all the time and, in spite of the disorganizated organization, we swam into a bubble bath swimmingpool,  walked on a muddy climb, climbed a containers’ wall and crossed other obstacles. Then, to conclude our race, we conquerd medal and t-shirt after a 4-HOUR walk *o*
And what about you? Would you like to join me into this particolar race?

At the moment I’m not sure to take part on the next year strongmanrun, but I think that in spite of all the troubles, I will join it anyway because it was too excited :D
